We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. You will work closely with the events team to ensure all aspects of event logistics and operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Event Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings. Communication:
Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and attendees, ensuring clear communication and addressing inquiries promptly. Administrative Support:
Maintain event documentation, prepare schedules, track budgets, and manage invoices. Marketing Support:
Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Post-Event Tasks:
Gather feedback, prepare reports, and help analyze event success for future improvements. Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
