Our team is seeking skilled
ServiceNow professionals
to join our team on a
contingent basis pending contract award . We are assembling a dynamic group of ServiceNow experts, including
System Administrators, Developers, Implementation Specialists, and Architects , to support a large-scale ServiceNow implementation and ongoing management. This project will focus on deploying and enhancing ServiceNow platforms for enterprise clients, covering modules such as
IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Key Responsibilities: System Administrators:
Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ServiceNow environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. Developers:
Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Implementation Specialists/Consultants:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, implement solutions, and configure ServiceNow to meet organizational needs. Architects:
Lead the overall design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, best practices, and alignment with client objectives. Requirements: Experience with
ServiceNow development, administration, or implementation. Proven track record of working on ServiceNow modules such as
ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and/or CSM. ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to translate technical requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with
ServiceNow scripting, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and API integrations. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project delivery. Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting. Additional Information: This position is contingent upon contract award. Selected candidates may transition into
full-time roles upon project award and start of implementation. Remote and on-site positions may be available depending on project needs.
