Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and files.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for staff.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized office space and manage office facilities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
