We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the capacity to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team and management, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain calendars for senior staff, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
  • File Management: Maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring proper filing, retrieval, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies, inventory, and equipment, making necessary orders and ensuring the office is stocked and operational.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, offering a positive and professional experience.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing documents, and coordinating activities as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
