Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. You will be at the heart of our organization, coordinating tasks and maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are accessible and up to date.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
  • Assist with office operations, including supply management and vendor communication.
  • Provide general support to the team and take on ad hoc tasks as required.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
