We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to become an integral part of our team! This position includes but is not limited to compiling data, computing charges, and preparing invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate costs of goods and services
- Track and record deliveries to customers
- Distribute invoices for sales review
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Report analysis and findings to management team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, accounting, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry, A/R & A/P
- Experience with Quickbook is a MUST
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedure
