The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for strategically driving full cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top tier flight crew for Jet Aviation. This role serves as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers, customers and stakeholders leveraging expertise in sourcing and interviewing to fulfill the organizations staffing needs efficiently and effectively. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the efforts and drive initiatives to attract top talent to meet the current and future business needs. The targeted salary range for this position is $85,000- $90,000, annually. This is a hybrid position, working at least 3 times weekly from the office, out of our listed locations below: Scottsdale, AZ Houston, TX Dallas, TX West Palm Beach, FL Teterboro, NJ Minimum Requirements
5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or full cycle recruiting role Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, market trends, and leveraging recruitment technology (ATS, LinkedIn etc.) Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, high priority searches simultaneously Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers, customers directly and other stakeholders to obtain detailed key job specifications and requirements. Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that align with the customer goal and company goals and that engage passive candidates. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using sourcing tools, social media platforms, and networking strategies. Develop partnerships with industry organizations, universities and flight schools, and diversity networks to attract a diverse candidate pool. Manage end to end recruiting process for high level and sometimes complex roles including sourcing, interviewing, facilitating interviews for stakeholders, extending offers and negotiating compensation packages. Promote the organization as an employer of choice. Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events and networking opportunities. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting and onboarding process. Communicate timely updates to hiring stakeholders and candidates. Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activity. Follow best practices and process mapping for all recruiting functions within the organization. Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned. Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network. Desired Characteristics
Experience recruiting in the aviation industry highly preferred. College degree or equivalent preferred. Experience working in a staffing agency environment highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Uncanny ability to multi-task. Business and financial acumen. Excellent time management and follow up skills. Ability to take initiative, adapt to changes, and deal with frequent and constant change. Quality driven with a passion for excellence to represent Jet Aviation as a Brand Ambassador.
