Job Description
We are in search of a HR Director to join our team in Pasadena, California. The HR Director will play a key role in formulating and executing HR strategies, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering employee development. This role is crucial in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
• Implement HR policies and programs that align with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Regularly assess and analyze key HR metrics to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of 25 HR professionals
• Develop and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and meet organizational needs.
• Oversee the onboarding process and ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
• Manage employee relations and address any issues that arise, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Work closely with leadership to suggest and implement initiatives that align with company strategy.
• Monitor and manage performance evaluations, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Utilize HRMS and ADP Workforce Now to maintain accurate employee records and process applications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) software
• Experience with HRMS (Human Resources Management System)
• Understanding and experience with Benefit Functions
• Come from a company with at least 500 employees
• Proven compliance management skills
• Ability to interact effectively with C-Suite executives
• Strong background in managing employee relations
