We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings and is skilled in managing multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of bills.
  • Process invoices for payment and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, deposits, and reconciliations.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, including formatting and formulas.
  • Generate payroll reports (no payroll processing required).
  • Perform basic QuickBooks Desktop reporting and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
