Are you looking to join a fast-growing startup? We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, have an established network and be able to attract candidates using existing relationships, our internal tools, social media networks, employee referrals and creativity.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
2. Build and contribute to an internal scalable process
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/website/social media networks
4. Screen candidates based on resume, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, personality and aptitude for success
5. Conduct interviews in a professional manner, with the goal of providing a positive candidate experience and developing lasting relationships
6. Be able to propose the best candidate match based on the client’s size, culture, environment, needs, and gaps to be filled
7. Update and maintain internal databases and CRM
8. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
