This position will join the Recruiting Team at our headquarters in Centennial, CO for Summer 2025 to work fully in-office. The candidate will then work remotely from Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

As an entry-level Recruiter, you’ll be the face of Fast Enterprises, connecting top talent with opportunities that can make a real impact. You’ll be traveling across the U.S., visiting college campuses, and building lasting relationships with faculty, staff, and students. From the first handshake to the final interview, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition process, ensuring that the best and brightest join our ranks.

This isn’t just a job; it’s a launching pad for your career. You’ll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, all while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that encourages growth and creativity.

  1. Campus Ambassador: Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent Fast Enterprises and scout for emerging talent.
  2. Candidate Champion: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to final interview, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
  3. Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, faculty, and university staff to create a robust talent pipeline.
  4. Recruiting Innovator: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent across various disciplines.
  5. Efficient Multitasker: Handle multiple recruiting-related tasks, such as preparing for career fairs, conducting phone interviews, and following up with candidates.
  6. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms like job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
  7. Data Management: Maintain and update iCIMS, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with recruiting best practices.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree: You’ve earned your degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  2. Travel Enthusiast: You’re excited about the prospect of traveling across the U.S. on a weekly basis.
  3. Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Relationship Builder: You’re naturally good at connecting with others and building strong, professional relationships.
