Omaha based organization with multiple locations is adding a Sr. Manager of Human Resources to their team. The owner retained Hemphill Search Group to identify an HR Leader who will lead a small team of HR professionals and own responsibility for all human resources functions. The position offers a unique blend of strategic and tactical work.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement and conflict resolution.
2. Oversee payroll & benefit administration and compliance.
3. Team Management
4. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the HR department.
