A leading film converter for bag and pouch packaging is looking for a production manager for their facility in Houston, TX. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager. You will be expected to lead and mentor a staff of 20 to 30 operators. An ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field and direct experience in film converting. Any production manager with some Six Sigma familiarity would be of interest. Ideal candidates will come from film converting, bag and pouch manufacturing. Anyone in the flexographic trades with experience in converting should apply. Relocation assistance is available for direct industry candidates. Starting compensation ranges from $80k to $100k, and a solid benefits package and bonus program.
