This position offers a starting hourly rate between $18.00 and $24.00 per hour. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position.

What you'll be doing – The Role:

  1. Processes a high volume of incoming calls and emails, including customer orders submitted by telephone, email, and fax.
  2. Relays all customers concerns and requests related to products, services, and equipment to the appropriate Daiohs team members, in a timely fashion.
  3. Generates daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using the Company’s specialized computer software.
  4. Checks in Route Drivers at the end of the workday and reconciles all customer funds received during deliveries.
  5. Dispatches Service Technicians to respond to repair calls and coordinates service installations.
  6. Makes regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and assists in maintaining accounts receivable over 60 days and attrition at five percent or less.
  7. Processes and applies payments to customer accounts.
  8. Communicates sales leads to appropriate branch personnel.
  9. Provides backup support with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes in supervisor’s absence.
  10. Keeps records of customer interactions, processes customer accounts, and files documents.
  11. Develops and demonstrates thorough knowledge of the Company’s products, services, and pricing structure.
  12. Solicits sales from customers during promotions.

Requirements
