Responsibilities:

  1. Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
  2. Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  3. Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
  4. Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
  5. Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
  6. Answer phone calls
  7. Call clients and technicians
  8. Schedule field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeowners
  9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relations
  10. Data entry
  11. Prepare and gain work authorizations
  12. Assist in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies
  13. Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
  14. Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
  15. Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
  16. Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
  17. Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  1. Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  2. High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  3. Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
  4. Customer service experience required
  5. Dispatching or scheduling experience a plus
  6. Detail oriented
  7. Must be able to work at a fast pace
  8. Must live within daily driving distance to the office
  9. In office position
  10. Working right in the USA
  11. Previous work in a customer-facing position

Compensation: $50,000 - $56,000 at plan
