The District Manager will oversee a group of convenience store locations within a specific geographic area. The DM is responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction while managing a team of store managers and staff. They will ensure that all locations meet company standards for service, inventory management, and financial performance, while leading their teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Two (2) or more years Progressive supervisory/management experience (Required)
  • No Licensure or Certification Required.

  • Accountable for overall profitability and productivity of multiple retail stores and oversees many aspects of their day-to-day operations including safety, budgeting, P&L, sales, merchandising, sales volumes/net profit, loss prevention, and personnel management
  • Responsible for training and development of direct reports and ensures Store Managers are overseeing staffing and training for their store staff
  • Directs and assists Store Managers in ensuring customer service and appearance standards are maintained
  • Manages controllable costs through analysis and initiates corrective actions
  • Ensures district stores are maintaining site appearance and following merchandising practices
  • Analyzes data to identify trends or opportunities and devises appropriate corrective action plans
  • Conducts store inspections and audits to track and monitor safety, security, compliance and inventory and cash shrink
  • Monitors completion of all required employee training for stores in accordance with regulatory, compliance, company policies and procedures
