Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategies across our Datacenters (DCs).As a Senior Business Program Manager - Datacenter Efficiency, you will be responsible for leading and managing our planning efforts for initiatives launched to our DC Ops Field.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to assess, measure, and communicate expected business, compliance and financial impacts of initiatives for maximizing efficiency and optimization in our Datacenters (DCs).We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Program Manager - Datacenter Efficiency to join our dynamic team. The candidate will have a proven track record in developing frameworks, managing enterprise level programs in a complex environment and optimizing performance across the organization. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 10+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experienceBusiness Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
