Candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing a complete construction project solution for ADI's internal customers
- Work will occur primarily at Analog Devices sites located in Beaverton Oregon.
- Knowledge of semiconductor Facilities Operations and Process.
- Work will require the collaboration with the customer, IT, security, facilities design team in their efforts delivering customer requirement definition, programming, schematic design, space planning, and design development.
- Deliver construction scope of work, RFP, cost estimate and timeline schedule.
- Manage firms or contractors to produce a design, bid, build projects..
- Evaluate potential sites for meeting company's needs.
- Develop project outline to modify building to meet customer's needs
- Interfacing and coordinating with various departments for project planning and problem solving
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hazardous materials and fire safety systems design and specs
- Preparation of plans, schedules, cost estimates and establish project budget
- Prepare bid documents including drawings and scopes-of-work
- Soliciting bids, conducting job walks, receiving, and evaluating bids
- Preparing purchase requests, ROI calculations, and executive summaries
- Prepare master construction agreements and construction project addendums
- Submitting proposals
- Managing and Overseeing Tool Install team
- Managing contractors and coordinating with county inspections
- Preparing punch lists and ensuring contractors complete all work on schedule
- Complete project close-out: as-builts, O&M, and warranties.
- Preparing permit applications and reports as required for compliance with all applicable laws
- Assess project risk and plan for exposure mitigation.
- Supporting sustaining facility operations for Electrical, HVAC, and Process Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, equivalent, with min. 10-years of experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of facility operation equipment's, systems, and sequence of operations.
- Knowledge in OSSC, OFC, OESC, OMSC, Oregon Energy Code for building construction and exterior site work
- Demonstrated proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language
- Strong understanding of governmental regulations for environmental, health, safety.
- Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, Power Point, and MS Project
- Must have good people skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Must be quality and safety oriented.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $136,000 to $187,000.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
