Our client, a US-based global packaging machinery and materials manufacturer is seeking a West Coast Regional Sales Representative based in Nevada to take over an established $8-$10 million eight state (CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, CO, UT & NM) sales territory.

The West Coast Regional Sales Representative will: Work from home and travel 1-3 nights a week selling solutions direct to the customer and driving sales territory growth Manage existing clients within the territory. Create strategy around target opportunities, sales pipeline, and closing business that often includes the sale of: o Capital equipment o Machinery leases o Raw material supply o Maintenance services 50% account management and 50% new business development. No cold calling! Travel primarily from LA to Phoenix to Las Vegas. Markets sold into include: o E-Commerce, o Distribution operations / 3PLs o Woodworking/window & door o Printing o Automotive parts distribution o Building materials and merchandising / display manufacturers The ideal candidate : BS/BA coupled with 3-5 years of selling capital equipment or engineered solutions to process related issues. Will have Sales experience in any of the following: o Packaging/Woodworking machinery o Conveyors o Material handling/robotic system/warehouse/e-commerce/workflow automation integration Must have the ability to sell large ticket capital equipment items direct to end users to improve process flow, labor reduction and on ROI Compensation : $90k - $125k + Commission on equipment and materials sold o Uncapped and paid monthly ability to make $200k is real!
