The Administrative Assistant will perform varies secretarial and administrative duties for the Department of Surgery. Duties include, transcriptions of various correspondence, organization of call schedules, scheduling meetings, conferences and maintaining calendars for the clinical faculty in the Division. Previous administrative experience in a clinical setting preferred.
The hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00. Minimum Education: Associate's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum educationMinimum Experience: 2 years
Minimum Field of Expertise: Secretarial or specialized clerical, including some administrative experience.
