Summary: Marquee Sports Network is seeking a high-performing Digital Product Manager to expand our direct-to-consumer offering and support our wider digital product strategy. Successful candidates will put Chicago sports fans first, delivering an engaging and reliable streaming experience across app platforms, including Apple, Android, Amazon, Roku, and Web.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Marquee Sports Network's digital product strategy, including expanding direct-to-consumer app offering.
  • Test, deploy, and monitor customer-facing applications across mobile and connected TV platforms (Apple, Android, Amazon, Roku, Web, etc). Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Harmonize disparate data sources - including app activity, viewing details, and user segments - to help develop strategy and tactics that will improve fan experience and grow subscribers.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Proactive and Action-Oriented: Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong bias for action. Takes initiative and ownership of projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Exhibits keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Customer-Facing Application Experience: Extensive experience in developing, testing, and deploying customer-facing applications across various mobile and connected TV platforms, including Apple, Android, Amazon, Roku, and Web. Proven ability to deliver seamless user experiences across these platforms.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving viewer issues promptly. Capable of identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Data Engineering and Visualization: experience in data engineering, including the ability to transform, visualize, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. Skilled in using data to optimize app performance and user experience.
  • Process Automation Experience: Proven experience implementing process automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Capable of identifying opportunities for automation and executing solutions that enhance productivity.
