Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed revenue goals by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and agencies, presenting creative marketing solutions that maximize their ROI.
- Strategize, plan, and sell comprehensive campaigns across all platforms, ensuring advertisers can reach and engage sports fans in meaningful ways.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, production, and marketing to create and execute impactful campaigns.
- Consistently engage clients, showcasing our network and the value of connecting with our audience through both in-person and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Leader: You have at least 5 years of media and/or sports digital sales experience, with a successful track record of exceeding revenue goals, especially within a top 10 DMA.
- Multi-Platform Expert: You have experience selling across multiple platforms and understand how to create seamless, cross-channel campaigns.
- Client Relationships: You bring an established network of client relationships that will immediately contribute to new revenue generation.
- Chicago/Midwest Market Knowledge: You have strong familiarity with the Chicago and Midwest marketplaces.
- Communication & Organization: You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to high-level executives and articulate marketing strategies clearly. You're also highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Competitive: You're eager to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment with a will to win. You pride yourself on a strong work ethic and integrity.
