Our Business Process Analyst leverages technical and subject matter expertise in financial and workforce modeling, business transformation, advanced data analytics, and strategy. This role supports the Financial Policy and Mission Support Divisions by providing business process transformation support specifically for SharePoint tools. While not responsible for SharePoint development, the Analyst assists the client and project team by managing project-related plans, documentation, and reports.

What Your Day Might Include...
Meeting Coordination and Documentation:
- Attend all client and internal meetings to maintain alignment with project goals.
- Take and submit detailed meeting minutes for client discussions.
- Participate in weekly client meetings and internal planning sessions.
Risk and Process Management:
- Update and maintain the project risk register.
- Establish and implement new business processes for mission-critical programs, including policy analysis, responsibility alignment, constraints, communications, and strategy.
- Streamline information flow across the organization to enhance stakeholder engagement and improve reporting and monitoring processes.
Training and Resource Development:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and update user and training guides.
- Support training sessions and troubleshoot issues for clients and team members as needed.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Create comprehensive plans covering data migration, user acceptance, and security/systems.
- Re-envision accreditation processes, design implementation plans, and develop stakeholder support strategies with performance monitoring indicators.
- Lead or support a team of analysts applying process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial and operational management.
Process Assessment and Improvement:
- Assess process performance in complex environments, including linkages between financial, staffing, and operational processes.
- Employ approaches such as Continuous Process Improvement, Six Sigma, process modeling, and organizational change management to enhance workflows.
Stakeholder and Policy Alignment:
- Facilitate meetings to assist management in developing quantifiable goals, objectives, requirements, and metrics.
- Align proposed process improvements with strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Provide updates for monthly reports and fulfill ad hoc client report requests.
- Direct efforts to collect and refine requirements through interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
- Prepare operational, training, and procedural manuals to support efficient management practices.
Analytical and Financial Expertise:
- Conduct organizational studies, evaluations, and cost analyses.
- Develop budget plans and present briefings to senior management.
Project Integration and Coordination:
- Support coordination across project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
- Design and implement new business processes or enhance existing ones to address organizational needs effectively.
Requirements

- Bachelor +3-10 years of experience
- Proven expertise in establishing and implementing business processes for mission-critical programs, including policy analysis, communication strategies, and responsibility alignment.
- Skilled in enhancing and modernizing hiring processes, utilizing advanced hiring analytics and IT capabilities to support front-line recruitment, and refining HR policies for greater efficiency.
- Proficient in streamlining organizational information flow and developing data management processes to address gaps in reporting, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong ability to re-envision accreditation processes, design implementation plans, and establish performance indicators for continuous improvement and stakeholder support.
- Extensive experience in leading or collaborating with teams of analysts to apply process improvement, reengineering, and transformation methodologies, achieving increased operational efficiency in financial and operations management.
- Adept at assessing complex process performance, linking financial, staffing, and operational outcomes to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Expertise in Continuous Process Improvement, Six Sigma, process modeling, architecture analysis, and organizational change management to drive successful process assessments and enhancements.
- Skilled at coordinating between multiple project teams, ensuring seamless enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and process improvements.
- Facilitates strategic planning meetings, helping management define clear, quantifiable goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
- Leads requirement collection and refinement processes through interviews, surveys, and focus groups to align process improvements with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability in developing realistic and actionable implementation plans, conducting organizational studies, and simplifying work processes for operational effectiveness.
- Experienced in preparing and presenting cost analyses, budget plans, and briefings to senior management, guiding strategic decision-making
- Supports the design and implementation of new or enhanced business processes to optimize organizational performance.
