We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Leadership Development Specialist to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Leadership Development you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our most important asset - our people. You will do this by developing and supporting the implementation of leadership development initiatives across the entire organization.

You will be responsible for:
  • Coaching team members and leaders using tailored approaches to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance.
  • Debriefing various assessments, including 360-degree feedback.
  • Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and resources to support team members and leaders with career and personal development.
  • Identifying and delivering leadership workshops and training programs to address development needs.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Executing leadership development and succession planning strategies for all areas of the business.
  • Researching leadership development programs and tools.
  • Staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices in leadership development, succession planning, emotional intelligence, and performance management.


You have:
  • 5+ years of leadership development experience ideally within a retail, customer-centric organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications such as EQ-i, Insights, or a CPHR designation are considered assets.
  • Experience with debriefing detailed assessments and delivering workshops.
  • Experience with HR information systems.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

$81,920.00 - $102,400.00
The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
