Staffmark Drivers has an immediate opening for a CDL A hostler/yard driver in Yakima with doubles endorsement.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely moves and service to our customers and team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for exercising safe and efficient practices when operating equipment adhering to all federal and state driving regulations
Transport trailers to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner - this includes setting dolly and doubles
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all CDL regulations
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures as well as federal, state and industry regulations
Ensure proper handling of equipment and products for our customers in accordance with agreed services
Communicate and work effectively with dispatchers working in the designated work location
Assist with straps and tarping as necessary
Pay: $26.00 per hour - weekly pay!
Overtime after 40
Schedule: Start time varies between 3am - 7am depending on need
Requirements:
Must have double endorsement
Minimum 12 months of Class A experience within the last 2 years
Satisfactory Employment Verifications for the past 3 years.
