This role involves collaboration with both internal and external partners, conducting thorough analyses, and implementing strategic solutions to reduce decline rates and false positives. By leveraging advanced analytics tools, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our corporate card transactions and contributing to the overall security and efficiency of our operations.Key Responsibilities: Facilitate documentation of event root causes, propose and implement control or process updates. Conduct ad-hoc authorization analysis using authorization and transaction databases. Utilize TSYS mainframe for critical information gathering and analysis to drive recommendations. Maintain and update the decline reason matrix and call center procedures. Engage in daily triage of referral/escalation cases, prioritizing and addressing key issues to enhance approval rates.Must-Have Skills: Profound knowledge of TSYS (Tandem, Decision Hierarchy, Range Control) Experience with TSYS Fraud Prevention tools (ADS I, ADS II, Card Guard) Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in SQL.Industry Experience:Previous experience in banking/credit card domain is a must-have for successful performance in this role.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
