Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD. Responsibilities You will serve as the functional manager for Staffing Management/Execution and Personnel Administration. You will maintain the NAVSUP HQ Civilian Staffing plan and coordinate requests for staffing changes from initiation to final approval You will provide advice, recommendations and information in the areas of NAVSUP HQ specific manpower requirements to all levels of NAVSUP HQ management You will provide customer service primarily to NAVSUP headquarters and by serving as a liaison between NAVSUP headquarters and NAVSUP Human Resources Office. You will perform studies related to Command Structure, FTE data and budgetary impacts and apply/develops briefs/reports to management with viable options for improvements and consistency within command. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing Management and Program Analyst work utilizing an extensive knowledge of concepts, principles, policies, and practices to managing functional areas of Staffing Management/Execution and Personnel Administration. Specialized expierence must inclide: 1. Apply analytical and evaluative methods to measure manpower and workforce planning measurements, bench marking, and metrics; 2. Prepare complex findings, analyses, and recommendations to senior civilian and military managers within in a command; 3. Identify problems/issues within workforce and personnel management and formulate solutions and alternate courses of action.
