    Job Details
  • MRI Technologist position 40 hours a week every other Saturday plus rotating call.
    Job Requirements
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration.
  • Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form. Preferred, not required.
  • Positive MMR titers ONLY from within the last 15 years.
  • Completed within 1 year of start updated annually. Cannot be done on site.
  • Will accept one of the following: (a) Proof of full Hepatitis B series (three (3) vaccines) completed (b) Must have at least two (2) vaccines from the series completed, or (c) signed declination, agency form acceptable.
  • If positive, CXR within 5 years and current Questionnaire.
  • Positive Varicella titers ONLY from within the last 15 years.
  • Proof of vaccination within past 10 years, declinations not accepted.
  • If 2 step PPD not done within past year.
  • Agency to provide completed I-9 or attestation that completed I-9 is on file and candidate is eligible for work.
  • If not ran with background check, to be complete within 1 year of start.
  • If not ran with background check, to be complete within 30 days of start.
  • Live in Ohio for 5 years: Ohio Fingerprints (BCI&I check) AND FCRA-Compliant National Database Criminal background check.
  • Highest level of education verified. Attestations not allowed.
  • Must provide verification of employment within 5 years. Must be completed through third-party verification.
  • Clinical Only: Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
  • Competency Exams for the relevant department. Must score at least 80%. To be complete within 1 year prior to start.
  • 80% passing score required, Completed within 1 year prior to start. HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA Topics.
  • Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date.
  • Proof of vaccine from Oct-March or exemptions must be submitted for approval.
  • Non-expired photo ID provided.
  • 2-Step TB test with negative reads within the last 6 months. Either true PPD 2-step or QuantiFERON/TSPOT is acceptable.” This is an annual requirement.
  • Resume to include Education and Work History, 2 Professional References required within the last 2 years, and Job Application to be completed by the candidate.
  • Shoulders up, plain background, headshot. Upload as JPEG only.
  • Ran within 6 months of Start. Search includes: SSN Trace and County searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school.
  • Verified to be ran separately from background check - To be complete within 6 months prior to start updated annually.
  • Supporting documentation that the individual was screened and cleared. To be complete within 6 months prior to start.
  • Ran within 60 days upon initial start date to include the following drugs: Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cannabis, Cocaine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Opioids, PCP, Propoxyphene.
