We expect the company to experience exponential growth in the next 3-5 years, and we welcome you joining our journey and growing with us To help us achieve this growth, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to lead and execute our communication strategies for our electric large engine and genset products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industrial manufacturing sector, particularly in power generation solutions, and will be responsible for managing both internal and external marketing communication efforts. This role plays a key part in positioning our brand as an industry leader and driving customer engagement. About the Role: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans to support product launches, sales objectives, and brand awareness in the genset and large engine market. Responsibilities: Create compelling marketing content including brochures, product datasheets, case studies, white papers, press releases, and blog posts to highlight product features and benefits. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, manage website content, and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communication channels, maintaining brand integrity in the industrial manufacturing space. Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement activities to promote product capabilities and expand market reach. Build and maintain relationships with industry media, coordinate press releases, and manage media inquiries to enhance company reputation. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for market growth. Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement tools to support the sales team in achieving their targets. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Required Skills: Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media strategies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with genset technologies, electric engines, or heavy equipment industries. Experience managing marketing communications for B2B audiences, particularly in the industrial sector. Knowledge of international marketing strategies, particularly for expanding into emerging markets. Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical and collaborative environment.
