Job Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a part-time Administrative Assistant in Oaks, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service, handling paperwork and clerical tasks, and answering phone calls.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in the showroom
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
• Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as necessary
• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Fishbowl for inventory and billing tasks is a plus
• Maintain organized filing systems for paperwork
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Proven skills in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
