The Opportunity
The GTM Program Manager for GTM works closely across the GTM Leadership team in supporting the execution of our GTM team strategy and related initiatives. This role involves significant collaboration with functional leaders, and experts to help define and carry out new initiatives and project plans, as well as track and communicate progress. Additionally, this role will contribute to ongoing GTM process improvements and documentation. This role will also provide ad-hoc support as needed, based on priority & direction of CRO.
Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing Provide Program & Project management support to GTM leadership, including but not limited to building plans to define and track work required to achieve initiatives, and leading meetings to inspect and drive progress toward defined milestones and end-state objectives. Apply knowledge of the GTM team to draft necessary project components and identify and engage needed stakeholders and project participants. Provide updates to GTM leadership and stakeholders on the status of initiatives and works in progress, including reporting on key metrics. Proactively identify, escalate and resolve risks that could limit the successful completion of objectives. Work with the GTM Leadership team to define, document, and implement processes that improve GTM's strategic initiative management discipline. Responsibility & management of key programs, such as our Academic & Reseller programs. Create and maintain GTM Town Hall presentation materials. Build a yearly GTM Town Hall calendar and schedule all meetings, including coordination for team events as needed. Assist in the development and maintenance of Guidebook content. This role involves supporting various tasks and responsibilities as needed, beyond the specific duties listed. Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
Twelve (12) months of successful experience in a ConstructConnect management position preferred with general knowledge of the business & industry. Previous experience in project management is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce preferred. Excellent relationship-builder and collaborator who inspires action through relational rather than positional authority. Highly organized, process & detail-oriented, and demonstrates consistent follow-through. Excellent communicator, including detailed documentation of programs & projects is critical. Analytical and strategic thinker who relentlessly pursues results. Navigate effectively through ambiguity and technical complexity to proactively identify issues and solutions. Communicate effectively with functional leads, and cross-functional team members. Quickly build and master in-depth understanding of business strategy, systems, processes, teams and roles. Focus on achieving vital outcomes, not just defined outputs. Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience participating in a Company or Department OKR or other similar program preferred. Proven and demonstrated mentoring skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes. This position is fully remote with only occasional travel to the office for new hire onboarding, team meetings, and events. Team members are expected to have an established workspace. Ability to work remotely in the United States or Canada.
