What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize the office’s scheduling, calendars, and workflows.
- Play a key role in organizing and maintaining office operations.
- Work with our in-house programmer to spearhead the implementation of automation tools and AI protocols to streamline processes.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to elevate our firm’s presence.
- Collaborate with leadership and team members by sharing your ideas and experiences.
- Take direction from supervisors and adapt to evolving priorities with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies.
- Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive.
- Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
- Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date.
- Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties.
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
Compensation
$62,000 per year
