What You’ll Do • Manage and optimize the office’s scheduling, calendars, and workflows. • Play a key role in organizing and maintaining office operations. • Work with our in-house programmer to spearhead the implementation of automation tools and AI protocols to streamline processes. • Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to elevate our firm’s presence. • Collaborate with leadership and team members by sharing your ideas and experiences. • Take direction from supervisors and adapt to evolving priorities with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: • Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive • Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date • Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes Qualifications: • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills Compensation: $62,000



Compensation: $62,000 per year
