Job Title: Hotel Restaurant General Manager

As the Hotel Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth. Your entrepreneurial mentality will be essential in developing innovative strategies to elevate our restaurant's success.

Salary: $70K - $80K plus benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire a team of talented professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the restaurant's reputation within the industry.
3. Maintain high standards of service excellence, ensuring that guests receive impeccable service throughout their dining experience.
4. Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract new customers.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing cost control measures while maximizing profitability.
