This role offers excellent prospects for career progression!Short DescriptionHybrid work scheduleComplete Description Interview the business SMEs to investigate questions from the project team Facilitate requirements gathering (REFINEMENTS) Capturing & documenting User Stories & Acceptance Criteria in our system of record Elaborate acceptance criteria, test cases (verification, SIT, UAT) May serve as tester (validation, SIT, creation and facilitation of UAT case scenarios) Mentor team on analysis techniques and best practices as observed, guidance to PO/SM/PM Identifying and suggesting solutions, documenting mockups, presenting to team and business Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, solutions May create required design documentation as needed Represent the stakeholders (keep things honest) Grooms backlog with the team/developers Quickly become a SME to our project Validate that the implementations in our Sprints match the project plan/requirements Keep all documentation stored and shared with the team in our designated online/cloud locations at all timesPreferred Qualifications Professional Adaptable to the styles of the ongoing project and project team (very Agile) Thrives in a team environment, autonomous, self starting Data analysis and manipulation using tools Data visualization techniques Familiarity with project management tools Microsoft product knowledge and experience with Microsoft tools: Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio Understanding of software development lifecycle Ability to understand business needs and goals Knowledge of industry-specific processes and terminology Experience in requirement gathering and documentation Clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levels Active listening to understand user needs Ability to translate complex technical concepts into layman's terms Identifying patterns and trends in data, efficiency Critical thinking to evaluate potential solutions Breaking down complex problems into manageable components Working effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers Facilitating discussions and reaching consensus on requirements Certified Business Analysis Professional Agile project terminology and experience on an Agile teamSkills Thrives in a team environment, autonomous, self starting - Required: 3 Years Data visualization techniques - Required: 3 Years Microsoft product knowledge and experience with Microsoft tools - Required: 3 Years Experience in requirement gathering and documentation - Required: 3 Years Clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levels - Required: 3 Years Breaking down complex problems into manageable components - Required: 3 Years Agile project terminology and experience on an Agile team - Required: 3 YearsInterview and Work ArrangementAgency Interview Type: Both Phone and In PersonWork Arrangement: HybridWe Are a People-Focused Company with a deep emphasis on family values and look forward to working with you.
