LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a client in the Kansa City Metro Area that is in the Power generations and power distribution industry. They are looking to add to their team for a Collections and Lien Specialist on a contract to hire basis.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contact delinquent customers via phone, written correspondence, and email.

  • Regularly review open invoices on customer accounts and make daily collection calls.

  • Provide management with accurate and timely status updates on customer accounts.

  • Assess delinquent accounts and escalate to management as needed.

  • Manage and be accountable for an assigned customer account base.

  • Resolve all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to resolve outstanding issues related to customer invoices.

  • Motivate customers to pay past due balances using negotiation skills and relationship-building techniques.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and the sales team.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Pay: $21 - $25/hr



Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
