Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage scheduled appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and report preparation
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a receptionist or administrative assistant is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
