Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm celebrating over 33 years in the industry, is seeking a full-time Office Engineer for a federal construction project related to complex rail, transit, and other transportation projects in NY & NJ. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in the field of civil construction, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field. If selected, candidates will need to provide digital proof of licensure and certification for all U.S.-based accolades, including academic degree, before time of interview. This position will be full-time, Hybrid. Candidates are expected to live in or near the New York metropolitan area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Distribute and track daily and monthly reports. Enter data into the Project Control Management System. Provide vital support to Project Manager as required. Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute meeting minutes to involved parties. Coordinate design reviews and track RFIs. Perform additional tasks as needed. QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to, the following: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Construction, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of civil construction. Experience in large-scale civil, structural, and/or industrial projects is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as industry practices required. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Autocad, Bluebeam, ProCore, Adobe Acrobat Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
