Job Description
One of the nations leading financial services firms is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to support its Santa Monica office during tax season. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for scanning tax documents and filing the documents electronically. You will also be responsible for helping with the mail and packages, ordering lunches, setting up catering orders, and providing an extra pair of hands to the rest of the administrative staff. This is a contract role lasting from 2/3-4/18. Hours are 8am-5pm, pay is $22-$23/hr, and parking is covered. Robert Half is looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail and strong computer skills. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience at a top firm!
• The candidate should have basic office skills, including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and document preparation.
• Demonstrable experience in filing is essential. This involves managing both digital and physical documents, ensuring their proper organization and accessibility.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with team members and clients.
