Responsibilities
• Analyze and assign invoices to the correct General Ledger accounts and cost centers
• Review and allocate monthly credit card expenses
• Act as a point of contact for fuel assistance
• Process and validate receipts for food stamp applications
• Balance checkbooks for a large number of individuals
• Manage and process credit card applications
• Oversee and control petty cash
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Perform data entry tasks and invoice processing
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated ability to handle Billing tasks
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• High level of skill in Microsoft Excel
