We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Coordinator in New York. The successful candidate will be joining our team in the industry, where they will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This role is primarily based in our New York location.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee the management of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to meet the needs of the team.

• Act as the first point of contact for guests, creating their badges and providing them with a warm and detail oriented welcome.

• Handle the scheduling and organization of meetings, including the arrangement of conference rooms and catering services.

• Serve as a liaison to property management, addressing any concerns or needs as they arise.

• Assist in the organization and hosting of social office experience events, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.

• Cover receptionist duties as required, including answering inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate parties.

• Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite and other software like Concur and CRM to carry out tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in the execution of meetings and events, ensuring they are well-planned and run smoothly.


• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Capable of efficiently answering inbound calls

• Proficient in Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience in performing receptionist duties is required

• Ability to assist guests professionally and politely

• Experience in catering services management is preferred

• Able to schedule meetings and manage calendars effectively

• Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies.
