Job Details

Our company is a leading player in the manufacturing industry. We are currently seeking a CNC Mill Programmer Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creating precise and high-quality products. You will be working on high-tech, cutting-edge machinery and will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills to produce precision parts. 2. Interpreting complex blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications. 3. Selecting and installing appropriate tools and fixtures for the machining process. 4. Adjusting and setting machine controls according to product specifications. 5. Monitoring machine operations to ensure adherence to design specifications and to detect malfunctions. 6. Inspecting and measuring completed products to ensure they meet quality standards. 7. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 8. Collaborating with design engineers and other team members to resolve machining problems. 9. Providing technical guidance and support to junior machinists. 10. Regularly maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist. 2. Proven experience with specialty metals and conventional machine tools. 3. Proficient in using CAD and CAM software (Fusion 360) 4. Solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). 5. Demonstrated experience in CNC programming. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. 8. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents. 9. Good verbal and written communication skills. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 11. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
