As OMG continues to expand our portfolio of strategic client wins and partnerships, we are excited to be recruiting for positions that will be part of a massive consumer-centric, technology and innovative client we are onboarding As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of ensuring the success and operations of the organization. Responsibilities Support the overall effectiveness, professionalism, and success of the team Ensure smooth process flow, internal communication, and execution on all assignments Support the Director(s) and their respective staffs (when relevant) on all Executive/Administrative needs Lead and assist with general office needs Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries Make travel arrangements and generate expense reports Exercise discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information Conduct research and compile information for required projects Work independently on assigned Executive/Administrative projects Maintain a working familiarity with Executive/Administrative polices Assist with the planning of group meetings and/or activities Skills / Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Windows based computer programs are required Experience with Smartsheets and Concur are a plus Ability to take initiative attitude Excellent customer service Understanding of business needs Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) Ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentiality and express high standards of professionalism Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to anticipate the needs of the group and plan accordingly Have a cooperative attitude in working with individuals at all agency levels LI-KW1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $55,000-$65,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
