We are looking for a dynamic Consumer Insights Manager to join our Global Consumer Insights team! This role will lead market research initiatives supporting Aristocrat Gaming and various slots studios developing games for casinos worldwide. In this highly collaborative and pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Consumer Insights Manager and engage with global studios to deliver consumer-centric insights that drive business growth and product decisions within the regulated gaming sector.

What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with slot studios, managing day-to-day research activities to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. Partner with other members of the Consumer Insights team and key stakeholders focused on the gaming business. Design and execute a range of research methodologies, including art and theme testing, landscape studies, player motivation research, hardware studies, and competitive satisfaction assessments. Create clear, insightful reports and presentations, translating findings into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations for teams across the organization, including senior executives. Incorporate secondary industry or internal data to complement primary research insights and ensure a holistic understanding of player preferences and behaviors. Manage relationships with existing research vendors and onboard new partners as needed to support research initiatives effectively. What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience with market research methodologies with hands-on project management from start to finish. Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to various stakeholders. Proficiency in creating reports and presenting insights, ensuring clarity and relevance for different audiences. Ability to conduct research independently or collaboratively with external partners, ensuring projects meet objectives and timelines. Proven experience leveraging internal data sources and/or external data aggregators to extract, analyze, and synthesize information that effectively addresses business questions and drives strategic decision-making. Preferred:

Master's degree in market research, psychology, business, or a related field. Experience conducting research in a regulated industry, such as gaming, finance, or healthcare, with a strong understanding of compliance considerations; prior experience in the casino industry, particularly with slot machines, is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with qualitative research methods, including in-person research, product testing, intercept interviews, and other face-to-face methodologies to gather deep consumer insights. Proficiency with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), data analysis software (e.g., SPSS), or consumer panels is advantageous. Proficiency in creating reports and presenting insights, ensuring clarity and relevance for different audiences. Ability to conduct research independently or collaboratively with external partners, ensuring projects meet objectives and timelines. Proven experience leveraging internal data sources and/or external data aggregators to extract, analyze, and synthesize information that effectively addresses business questions and drives strategic decision-making. Pay Range $102,552 - $190,455 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
