We are looking for a dynamic User Researcher to join our Global Consumer Insights team! This role will lead user research initiatives in support of the Cashman and Heart of Vegas applications for Product Madness, the leading social casino operator owned by Aristocrat. In this highly collaborative and pivotal role, you will report to the Director of UX Research and be at the forefront of creating best-in-class, end-to-end user experiences for our players.

Your primary focus will be to collaborate with game designers, product managers, gaming studios, and other members of the Consumer Insights team to ensure that the Cashman and Heart of Vegas apps not only meet but exceed industry standards for user engagement and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams (among others) to identify research topics and critical research questions, create detailed study plans and build a holistic research roadmap; communicate and refresh regularly to ensure impact and relevancy Employ the best research method(s) based on research questions, timeline, and resourcing Partner with the Consumer Insights Sr Mgr. who supports these same apps via market research methodologies to create a "center of excellence" for your stakeholders Communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps in clear, concise, and compelling ways to your stakeholders Drive impact, as measured by changes to the product design and development roadmap Create a deep understanding and empathy for our current and lapsed gamers as well as competitive gamers Work with and learn from other members of the Consumer Insights team Eagerness to continually learn, grow, and improve the craft of UX research What We're Looking For

3+ years of user research experience employing qualitative and quantitative methods such as rapid iterative testing, in-depth interviews, concept testing, diary studies, card sorting, etc. Experience conducting research at different parts of the product development process, from discovery to delivery A strong desire to learn and grow within the UXR (and overall consumer insights) function A passion for gaming! And if you work or worked in the mobile or regulated gaming space that's even better Experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills Why Aristocrat?

Pay Range $72,412 - $134,481 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
