Who You Are:
The Sr. Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for support of the talent lifecycle including acquisition of and onboarding new team members, performance management, engagement, and succession planning. This individual has exceptional strategic planning skills and can operate with minimal direction.
The Difference You Will Make:
- Act as a strategic partner on all talent matters as it relates to organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Develops and maintains proactive and positive employee relations and ensures the equitable application of the Company's policies and procedures.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identifies training needs and develops programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations to bring issues to a reasonable resolution that is consistent with sound employee relations, practices, and employment laws.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts and strategy for business units across the organization.
- Develops company policies and procedures, and maintains Employee Handbook. Interprets and applies understanding of company policies, employment laws, and other regulations to provide immediate advice, guidance or clarification for employee relations inquiries.
- Addresses and investigates employee relations issues, together with company counsel, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns, leveraging knowledge of employment laws and company policies and procedures.
- Conducts needs analysis, develops, benchmarks, pilots, and implements related HR programs to meet those needs. Analyze and implement company-wide initiatives based on solid analysis of root cause issues with the ability to critically assess the effectiveness of new or revised programs.
- Be a true leader, manager, and mentor of a diverse team and actively involved in retention and development of those team members.
- Build a performance-driven and collaborative culture within the team through the establishment of clear goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to maximize performance.

- A proven record of strategic partnership and knowledge of Human Resource best practices in all stages of the employee life cycle.
- A track record of managing and leading change management initiatives

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality with all sensitive matters.
- Bachelor's or Master 's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field or a combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional, hands-on experience with increasing responsibility in human resource management.
