Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with small business clients to understand their purchasing needs and preferences.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors that align with business needs.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure consistent supply.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing strategies with client requirements.
• Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a purchasing or buyer role, preferably supporting small businesses.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other procurement software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Knowledge of small business operations and market trends.
• Capability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
