Job Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be primarily dealing with invoice processing and data organization. This role falls within the accounting industry and will require the application of key skills such as account reconciliation, data entry, and proficiency in various accounting software.
Responsibilities:
• Download invoices from the accounting system in PDF format
• Organize downloaded invoices as per specific order
• Combine PDF files as needed and save them in designated folders
• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for accurate invoice processing
• Maintain and reconcile accounts as necessary
• Use software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Ensure accurate billing and data entry in the system.
