We are offering an exciting opportunity in BETHESDA, Maryland for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in a well-established industry. The role involves various functions such as account reconciliation, processing accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry, among others.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process invoices and handle various billing tasks
• Efficiently reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and organize financial data
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications
• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts proactively
• Perform data entry tasks as required to maintain and update financial records.

• Experience in invoice processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle software
• Experience with QuickBooks software
• Familiarity with SAP software
