Join our team as an Administrative Assistant in a hybrid role based in New York City, NY. You will provide crucial administrative support to the US Litfulo / Cibinqo Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination of various tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the US Litfulo / Cibinqo Team, including complex calendar management, travel and expense report support.
  2. Schedule and coordinate 1:1s and department meetings, managing logistics as needed.
  3. Anticipate and proactively resolve conflicts, using diplomacy to address problems.
  4. Work closely with outside vendors, providing support with meeting scheduling and office space as needed.
  5. Manage Purchase Orders through Ariba and work with the budget coordinator to track payments of invoices as requested.
  6. Support various marketing projects and initiatives as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants to ensure coverage within the group and manage workflow.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant working experience.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel (experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs required).
  3. Experience with Microsoft Outlook calendar management.
  4. Excellent time management skills are required.
  5. Concur experience preferred.

Rate/Location:

  1. $20 - $27 per hour.
  2. This is a hybrid role in New York City, NY.
